On Sunday in Anaheim, the Los Angeles Kings clinched a victory against the Ducks with a score of 4-1. In the third period, Adrian Kempe, Alex Laferriere, Kevin Fiala, and Mikey Anderson each contributed with goals.
Vladislav Gavrikov assisted twice, while David Rittich made 15 saves for the Kings. Although Ryan Strome managed to score for Anaheim towards the end, Fiala and Anderson secured the win with goals into the unguarded net.
Lukas Dostal recorded 34 saves for the Ducks.
The Kings took charge in the third period, outshooting the Ducks 33-10 and dominating the game. Anaheim struggled offensively, managing to score just once, their lowest tally this season.
Following Strome's goal, the Ducks pushed for a comeback, but Fiala dashed their hopes with his empty-net score. This marked the Kings' 10th victory against the Ducks in their last 11 encounters.
The Kings are set to play against Vegas on Tuesday to wrap up their road trip, while the Ducks will welcome the San Jose Sharks.
