The Anaheim Ducks with a record of two wins and one loss are set to play against the Colorado Avalanche in Denver. This comes after their recent overtime victory against the Utah Hockey Club.
In the previous season, Colorado achieved 50 wins, 25 losses, and seven overtime losses. At home, they were particularly strong with 33 wins, 11 losses, and two overtime losses. They netted a total of 302 goals, including 68 goals scored on the power play and seven when they were shorthanded.
Anaheim concluded the season with 27 wins, 50 losses, and five overtime losses. On the road, their record was 15 wins, 24 losses, and two overtime losses. They managed to score 203 goals, which averaged to 2.5 goals per game from an average of 26.8 shots per game.
As of now, no injuries have been reported for either team.
