Colton Parayko clinched a 4-3 win for the St. Louis Blues against the Calgary Flames with his overtime rebound goal.
Robert Thomas played a key role, contributing one goal and two assists. Zack Bolduc, Pavel Buchnevich, and Philip Broberg also scored for the Blues. Jordan Binnington was spectacular in goal, making 36 crucial saves to help secure the victory.
For Calgary, Jakob Pelletier, Matt Coronato, and MacKenzie Weegar each scored. Despite their six-game winning streak at home coming to an end, the Flames managed to close the gap twice after initially trailing.
A decisive moment came when Dan Vladar's save on Thomas was followed by Parayko redirecting the puck into the net, winning the game for St. Louis in overtime.
In power-play opportunities, the Flames struggled as they failed to win any faceoffs.
Looking ahead, the Flames embark on a two-game road trip beginning on Sunday against the Dallas Stars, while the Blues continue their four-game journey on Saturday facing the Edmonton Oilers.
