Sergei Bobrovsky achieved his fifth season shutout by making 30 saves, leading the Florida Panthers to a 6-0 victory over the Ottawa Senators on a Thursday evening.

Matthew Tkachuk played a vital role in the win by scoring once and assisting twice. Alongside him, Nick Cousins, Dmitry Kulikov, Anton Lundell, Sam Bennett, and Sam Reinhart each found the back of the net, bringing the Panthers' record to 48-24-5.

With this victory, Panthers head coach Paul Maurice ascended to fourth position in the NHL's all-time coaching wins, now boasting 865 victories.

The Senators' goaltenders, Joonas Korpisalo and Anton Forsberg, were challenged throughout the game, conceding six goals from 31 shots, marking a tough loss for Ottawa.

The Panthers swiftly secured a 2-0 lead by the end of the first period, following up with three more goals in the second to solidify a 5-0 advantage. Tkachuk ensured the Panthers' dominance by netting a power-play goal in the third period.

Looking ahead, the Panthers are set to face Boston on Saturday, whereas the Senators will welcome New Jersey the same evening.
