Florida Panthers News & Updates

Sergei Bobrovsky made several remarkable saves, including a crucial 30-second period without his stick. Despite Connor McDavid's six attempts, he couldn't score.

Bobrovsky's stellar performance secured a 3-0 win for the Florida Panthers in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final. Carter Verhaeghe and Evan Rodrigues contributed with the goals.

Though the Panthers were outshot 32-18, they demonstrated experience and resilience. Bobrovsky achieved his second playoff shutout.

McDavid and the Oilers dominated much of the gameplay but fell behind after just five shots. Edmonton's potent power play couldn’t convert its opportunities into goals.

The series, noted for having the greatest distance between competing teams in Cup history, will proceed on Tuesday with Game 2.
