In an exciting match that extended into overtime, the Toronto Raptors secured a win against the Golden State Warriors with a score of 111-105 at the Scotiabank Arena.
Pascal Siakam scored 27 points, leading the Raptors as they came back from an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Fred VanVleet made a pivotal three-pointer with just 1:30 left on the clock, tying the game and leading to overtime.
During the additional period of play, despite the absence of Stephen Curry, the Warriors put up a strong fight. Klay Thompson scored 24 points and Jordan Poole added 22, but the Raptors' defense proved resilient, restricting the Warriors to only 10 points in overtime.
OG Anunoby and Scottie Barnes were key players for the Raptors, together contributing 30 points and pulling down 17 rebounds. On the Warriors' side, Andrew Wiggins led the scoring with 28 points, although his efforts were insufficient to clinch the win.
This victory brought an end to the Warriors' two-game winning streak and helped propel the Raptors back into contention for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
