Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin recently underwent surgery to address an upper-body injury he suffered near the end of the season.
On Friday, General Manager Steve Yzerman announced that the 27-year-old forward is expected to be fully recovered by the start of training camp.
Larkin reached a career milestone in the 2023-24 season, scoring 33 goals and providing 36 assists across 68 games, which marked his ninth season with Detroit.
Drafted in the first round (15th overall) in 2014 by the Red Wings, the Michigan native has accumulated 506 points, with 212 goals and 294 assists, in 652 games.
