In Edmonton, Mattias Janmark and Leon Draisaitl found the net within 51 seconds of each other during the second period, evening the score and helping the Edmonton Oilers secure a 5-2 triumph over the Dallas Stars in Game 4. Ryan McLeod, Evan Bouchard, and Mattias Ekholm also contributed with goals for Edmonton, while Connor McDavid assisted twice. Stuart Skinner made 20 saves for the Oilers. Wyatt Johnson and Esa Lindell were the goal scorers for Dallas, who surged to a 2-0 lead within the first 5 minutes of the game. Jake Oettinger managed to stop 24 shots for the Stars. The Oilers made three changes to their lineup, adding Philip Broberg, McLeod, and Corey Perry. During the second period, Stars defenseman Chris Tanev exited the game due to a lower-body injury.
