Golden Knights Summon Patera for Key Road Series, Thompson to Guard the Net

The Golden Knights have brought up goaltender Jiri Patera from their American Hockey League team to fill in for the injured Adin Hill, who was hurt during the win against Columbus on Saturday.
With Logan Thompson already set to be in the goal for Monday's match against St. Louis, his role might expand owing to Hill's absence. The Knights are currently leading the Blues by four points in the competition for the Western Conference's final playoff position.
To accommodate Patera's addition within the salary limitations, the Knights have moved Tomas Hertl to the long-term injured reserve list. Hertl, brought over in a deal with San Jose in March, has been sidelined following a knee operation last month.
