Los Angeles climbed to the third position within the Pacific Division as the regular season nears its conclusion, widening the gap with St. Louis while inching closer to securing a playoff berth. Adrian Kempe contributed significantly with two goals and an assist, as Trevor Moore reached the 30-goal milestone for the first time, and Kevin Fiala also added a goal and an assist, contributing to Los Angeles's three consecutive wins. Boeser reduced the deficit to 2-1 for the Canucks midway through the first period, marking his 17th goal in 20 games against the Kings.
