Nashville Predators News & Updates

Dante Fabbro, a defenseman for the Nashville Predators, is set to be sidelined for two to three weeks because of an injury to his upper body.

The team disclosed the details of Fabbro's condition on Tuesday, alongside the news that Spencer Stastney has been called up from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate. The injury to Fabbro occurred during a game against Minnesota on Sunday, which went into overtime.

In what is his fifth year with the Predators, Fabbro has been part of the top defensive line alongside Roman Josi. This season has been particularly strong for him, achieving 12 points across 53 games.

After not securing a spot in the playoffs last year, the Predators are currently holding the first wild-card position in the Western Conference. They are slated to play against Winnipeg on Wednesday night, aiming to build on their impressive streak of 10 wins and 2 ties in their last 12 games.
