In a thrilling conclusion, Tyson Foerster found the net late in the game, ending a seven-game skid against Boston and securing a 3-2 win for the Philadelphia Flyers.

Travis Konecny was another standout, netting two goals for the Flyers, with Foerster also contributing an assist. In goal, Samuel Ersson defended the net with 18 saves, marking Philadelphia's first victory over Boston since 2021.

For Boston, the goal scorers were Justin Brazeau and Danton Heinen, while Linus Ullmark made 26 saves. Despite the loss, the Bruins came into the contest as the top team in the NHL, boasting 97 points.

Philadelphia's coach, John Tortorella, praised his team's performance in the third period as the key to their win. The match's closing moments were tense, with goals being traded before Foerster clinched the win for the Flyers.

With 30 goals this season, Konecny is the Flyers' leading scorer. Sean Couturier also made a return to the game lineup after missing two games.
