Mikko Rantanen steered the Colorado Avalanche to a commanding 6-2 win against the Calgary Flames by netting two goals and delivering two assists, marking his longest point streak of 10 games to date. Contributions also came from Valeri Nichushkin, Nathan MacKinnon, Josh Manson, and Casey Mittelstadt, adding to Colorado's tally.
MacKinnon, on a hot streak, pushed his point run to 13 games and played a pivotal role in Rantanen's second score. This victory positioned the Avalanche as the Central Division's second-place team, trailing Dallas by two points.
