Seattle Kraken Secure 3-2 Win Over Ducks, Burakovsky and Montour Shine Early in Third

In the third period, Andre Burakovsky and Brandon Montour scored 24 seconds apart, leading the Seattle Kraken to a 3-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night.

Shane Wright also added to Seattle's score, while goalie Joey Daccord stopped 21 shots. This victory marks their eighth consecutive win against the Ducks.

Anaheim saw goals from Frank Vatrano and Trevor Zegras, ending their four-game streak of gaining points. Lukas Dostal was in net for the Ducks, making 24 saves.

Burakovsky's tip-in broke the 2-2 deadlock in the third period, immediately followed by Montour's powerful shot. In the opening period, Shane Wright snapped a 13-game stretch without a point.

Leo Carlsson of Anaheim exited the game in the second period with an upper-body injury after being hit by Tye Kartye. Carlsson skated into the net and hit his head upon falling on the ice.

Seattle has now secured eight straight victories over Anaheim, including four wins in Anaheim. The two teams are set to meet again in Seattle on Wednesday.
