Tyler Toffoli scored a crucial goal in the third period, helping the San Jose Sharks secure a 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings, marking their second consecutive victory.
Jake Walman achieved his second straight performance with three points, adding a goal and two assists. Fabian Zetterlund and William Eklund also found the back of the net for the Sharks, while Vitek Vanecek made 26 saves.
For the Kings, Akil Thomas and Alex Laferriere scored, with David Rittich making 17 saves.
The Kings were without star player Kevin Fiala due to a protocol breach, and Ethan Cardwell made his first NHL appearance for the Sharks.
Toffoli's decisive backhand shot with less than nine minutes left broke a 2-2 tie, with assistance from Walman.
