Teddy Blueger Signs Two-Year, $3.6 Million Deal with Vancouver Canucks

The Vancouver Canucks have announced a two-year contract extension worth $3.6 million for forward Teddy Blueger.

Last season was Blueger's first with Vancouver, where he equaled his career-high of 28 points. He originally joined the Canucks as a free agent.

General manager Patrik Allvin commended Blueger for his versatility and experience, highlighting his importance during both the regular season and playoffs. Allvin also stressed Blueger's leadership qualities and the team's ongoing reliance on him.

Throughout his NHL career, Blueger has tallied 41 goals and 126 points, playing for teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins, Vegas Golden Knights, and Vancouver Canucks. He was also part of the Golden Knights' Stanley Cup-winning roster.

Blueger was initially selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the second round of the 2012 NHL Draft.
