Timo Meier's goal in the third period secured a 3-2 win for the New Jersey Devils over the Seattle Kraken.
In addition to Meier, Jesper Bratt and Luke Hughes also found the back of the net for the Devils, who have come out victorious in six of their past eight games. Jacob Markstrom contributed to the win with 17 saves.
The Kraken saw goals from Shane Wright and Andre Burakovsky, marking four losses in their last six games.
Meier's decisive goal, coming 53 seconds into the third period, broke a 2-2 tie.
Burakovsky initially put Seattle ahead, but Luke Hughes quickly equalized.
Wright restored Seattle's lead before Bratt tied the game once more, with Jack Hughes assisting on two of the Devils' goals.
For the Kraken, Philipp Grubauer made an impressive 34 saves.
Jack Hughes has been on a roll, accumulating 10 points over his last four games, while Bratt and Hughes together have achieved 72 points this season.
The Kraken have endured defeat in six of their recent nine matchups.
The Devils displayed strong defensive play by effectively killing a Seattle power play halfway through the third period, allowing just one shot on goal.
Bratt joined an elite group by becoming the fifth Devil to log multiple points in his 500th career game.
Looking ahead, the Kraken will face off against the New York Rangers on Sunday and the Devils are set to host the Colorado Avalanche.
