The Washington Capitals, holding a three-to-one record, are set to challenge the Philadelphia Flyers, who currently have a record of one win, three losses, and one overtime loss, in an attempt to extend their winning streak to four games.
In the previous season, the Philadelphia Flyers achieved a 38-33-11 record overall, with a performance of 10-11-5 in games within their division. The Flyers managed to score 31 power-play goals, whereas the Capitals recorded a higher number with 47.
Travis Konecny is currently leading the Flyers with a total of three points. On the other hand, Tom Wilson is at the forefront for the Capitals, boasting six points. During their last ten games, Jett Luchanko and Hendrix Lapierre have been pivotal contributors for their teams.
In their recent games, the Flyers have posted an average of 1.2 goals per game, while the Capitals have scored an average of 1.6 goals. The Flyers have also collected a total of eight penalty minutes, compared to the 3.5 minutes accumulated by the Capitals.
