Zach Werenski scored an overtime goal, marking a five-point game, as the Columbus Blue Jackets came back from a three-goal deficit to win against the Tampa Bay Lightning with a score of 7-6 on Thursday night.
Werenski equalized the match in the second period and provided three assists, leading the Blue Jackets to their second win in a row. Sean Monahan added one goal and three assists, and Dmitri Voronkov also contributed with a goal and an assist.
Kent Johnson, who had missed 14 games due to injury, scored during a power play and while short-handed. Yegor Chinakhov also found the back of the net, and Elvis Merzlikins made 24 saves for Columbus.
