2001-2002 NHL Season Schedule & Scores

The 2001–02 NHL season saw the Detroit Red Wings win their second straight Stanley Cup, defeating the Carolina Hurricanes in five games in the finals, after the season was shortened due to the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Jarome Iginla captured both the Art Ross Trophy and the Lester B. Pearson Award for being both the league's top scorer and most outstanding player, respectively.
