Kiviranta's hat trick and MacKinnon's goal propelled the Avalanche to a 3-2 win against the Kraken on Tuesday. Even though McCann reached his milestone 100th goal for the Kraken, Kiviranta's second goal three minutes later and MacKinnon's goal in the final seconds of the second period were game-changers. Evans added Seattle's second goal with only four seconds remaining. Kiviranta's impressive display marked his second multi-goal game, and the Avalanche managed to keep penalties to just one.
