In a game delayed, the Ottawa Senators triumphed over the St. Louis Blues with an 8-1 victory. Brady Tkachuk, Tim Stützle, and Adam Gaudette each netted two goals, complemented by goals from Josh Norris and Noah Gregor. Linus Ullmark secured the win for the Senators, who forced Blues goalie Joel Hofer out of the net after five goals. The Blues' sole goal was a power-play effort by Dylan Holloway. Stützle spearheaded the Senators' offense with a four-point performance. Zack Ostapchuk earned his first NHL point by assisting on Gregor's goal.
