The Blues took a 2-0 lead after scoring twice in the second period, but the Bruins made a comeback in the third with three goals, clinched by David Pastrnak's game-winning goal with 1:47 left. This victory ended Boston's losing streak when trailing after two periods. For the Bruins, Morgan Geekie and Charlie McAvoy also found the back of the net, while Brayden Schenn and Oskar Sundqvist scored power-play goals for the Blues. Even though Hampus Lindholm exited early due to injury, Jeremy Swayman recorded 20 saves for Boston. Jordan Binnington made 27 saves for the Blues, who have now lost three consecutive games. Nathan Walker's shot hitting the post early in the third period proved costly as Boston seized the momentum. Pastrnak had ten shots on goal and provided an assist on Geekie's goal. The Bruins will head to Dallas for their next game, while the Blues start a three-game road trip in Buffalo. Read the full game analysis.
