Marco Rossi and Kirill Kaprizov each netted two goals as the Minnesota Wild secured their fifth consecutive win, defeating the depleted Anaheim Ducks 5-1. Rossi found the net twice in the second period, with Matt Boldy scoring another goal assisted by Rossi. Kaprizov increased the lead to 4-0 with an early third-period goal. Brock McGinn managed to score for the Ducks with less than three minutes left, but Yakov Trenin sealed the victory with an empty-net goal.
