The Arizona Coyotes, a professional ice hockey team, call the Phoenix suburb of Tempe, Arizona, their home. They compete in the Central Division of the National Hockey League (NHL). Established in 1996 as the Phoenix Coyotes, their games were initially hosted at America West Arena, which was later named Jobing.com Arena, located in downtown Phoenix. This continued until 2022 when they relocated to the Mullett Arena at Arizona State University in Tempe.
